Wenn es in Österreich neben dem Millennium (Krems) eine weitere überregional bekannte
Diskothek gab, dann war es wohl die Nachtschicht-Kette.
Zwei bis drei mal im Jahr wurde eine Compilation auf Doppel-CD veröffentlicht,
die auf der CD-1 einen Großteil der aktuellen Club-Hits enthielt.
Auf der CD-2 befanden sich Klassiker (Rock, Pop, Hip-Hop, Disco, Schlager und Austropop).
Da sich dieser Kanal auf Elektronische Tanzmusik fokussiert, wird die CD-2 ausgelassen,
außer sie enthält relevante Musik.
Description:
The discotheque chain called “Nachtschicht” (Nightshift)
was probably the best known in Austria after the Millennium Krems.
Two or three times a year, a Nachtschicht-compilation was released on double CD.
The current club hits were found on the first CD
and the second CD included party, pop and rock classics.
Be aware that this channel focuses on EDM, so I don’t mind about the second
CDs – except they contain relevant EDM tracks.
