Kyra – ‘Easy To Love [Radio Edit]’ (1996)

A 90s Euro dance banger, released on Virgin’s dance off-shoot, VC (Virgin Club) Recordings, except it wasn’t. ‘Easy To Love’ was pulled a week ahead of release due to Kyra (real name Doris Brendel) and her manager blocking it. Not sure why they did that exactly, but Doris was previously the front woman of folk rock five piece, The Violet Hour. Perhaps she got cold feet about the change in direction? A few of the remixes are already uploaded here, from Clock and Lisa Marie Experience, but this is the radio edit/7″ mix.
