Duppy Gun – G Sudden and Bookfa in Jamaica

This short experimental film follows the Duppy Gun founders (M. Geddes Gengras and Cameron Stallones from California) as they record young artists G-Sudden and Bookfa in Spanish Town and Portmore, Jamaica. The two songs recorded that day, “Girls Dem Need Mi” and “Press Bookfa Press”, produced by Alex Gray of D/P/I and Aaron Coyes of Peaking Lights, have been released on a 12″ as part of the Duppy Gun series via Stones Throw.
