Sylford Walker, Joe Gibbs & The Professionals – Burn Babylon + Dub Version

Born 1956 in rural Jamaica, conscious reggae singer S. Walker relocated to Kingston at the age of nine and began working early with producers like Glen Brown, later King Tubby, and others .
His first releases were for producer Joe Gibbs in 1975, including the singles “Burn Babylon” (recoded one year earlier) and “Jah Golden Pen”, by then Walker was drawing comparisons with Burning Spear.
