For clarification: At one point in the interview, I mention a “Burial reference” in one of the songs, which was my hazy memory of “Ivan The Terrible,” which only references “Burial” to the extent that Dennis Brown’s “Don’t Want To Be No General” references Peter Tosh’s “Funeral,” as opposed to a more literal inclusion of the melody from “Il Silenzio.” Also, I refer to “Man From Far” at one point when I meant “Ivan The Terrible.” Finally, when I refer to “Selassie I” by Elijah, he thought I meant “His Imperial Majesty” as covered by Luciano, which is a different track that I wasn’t familiar with at the time of the interview.
