ALPHA & OMEGA – ALCHEMY/ ALCHEMY DUB (OJAH REFIX)

We proudly present to you on our 10th 7inch release, and for the first time ever on vinyl, the suitably named tune “Alchemy” by UK Dub legends Alpha & Omega. This track first appeared on their album “Serious Joke” from 2002 (on CD format). 

The A side contains the original version from 2002 that was included on the album, now remastered for vinyl. “Alchemy” is a reinterpretation of the far east sound in classic Alpha & Omega’s style: dense, deep and profoundly meditational; and as usual featuring a gargantuan bass that will surely test some systems.

The B side contains a new dub version by Ojah that features heavy use of effects in a UK nineties style, perfectly complementing Alpha & Omega’s original version.

Limited edition of 600 copies, hand-stamped and hand-numbered, served in a thick custom reversed kraftliner sleeve with inner black sleeves.
